The rodents in my Home...

Today is one of the most important days for Mumbai..and for India as today is the Judgement day for Kasab.(no need of introduction)

Around an year ago,This only surviving guy along with his buddies, murdered around 6-7 people including the brave police officers Lt Karkare and Kamathe and others.(Among the various crimes they committed)

And now,17 months after the attack,we have a glimmer of hope that he will be hanged till his damnation.

17 Months!!..No wonder we are always on the receiving side of such attacks.
These assholes just know to find the loopholes in our superflawed law system,do the crime and get away with it.
Just like in Mumbai bomb blasts(93) where so many were released free of charges in a trial that itself took around a decade to done with.
And the irony on top of that is our "Just" system provides them with a defence lawyer to hear their side of the story.

Is this a judicial system or a joke.Which retards set these laws?
Its high time we should raise our voice against this. These rapes on our country would'nt stop until we have proper stronghold against such forces.
We need new laws.Or atleast strengthen the existing ones, those that will shakle these sociopaths faster.
Atleast then the bastards like kasab would think twice before commiting such act.

I know we feel all this rush for revolution just one day and then it either dies or sobers....Finally everyone raises their tolerance meter by few bars.
And Thats the tragedy of it.

Anyway the verdict is due today.Though I am keeping my fingers crossed for Kasab's death penalty,
I wouldnt be too surprised if he gets away with life sentence. Our honourable law system has made me (and many others) cynical enough over the years.

PS: Mr.Ujjwal Nikam, please keep up the good work.We are very proud of you.

PS 2:As per the latest update two convicts were released because of the supposedly "confusing" evidence..*Sigh*
